Disability Support Services on the Gold Coast
People aged over 65 are not eligible for NDIS support. This is because there are other government funded support schemes available specifically for seniors.
It is not a prerequisite. The NDIS recognises that employment may be something that a person with a disability needs in order to enjoy optimal quality of life. It is recommended you discuss your employment preferences with the carers assisting you with your NDIS claim.
